Sau khi Makoto Mizuhara đồng ý làm chứng chống lại chủ tịch hội học sinh náo nhiệt Katsuhiko Jinnai vì đã hối lộ các câu lạc bộ của trường trong cuộc bầu cử hội học sinh gần đây, Jinnai đuổi theo anh ta để cố gắng bịt miệng đối thủ tự xưng của mình. Đột nhiên, trong cuộc rượt đuổi, thời gian ngừng trôi đối với tất cả mọi người - ngoại trừ Makoto.
